This is not a European ski resort hotel that it is pretending to be. The breakfasts are very poor and overcrowded. Most days there are no empty seats, and if there are, you have to wait an unusually long time for the staff to barely clean them. The selection is not what one would expect in a 5 star hotel - a whole lot of westerns classics are missing, and there are no Eastern European dishes to compensate. A single sausage type, mildly warm eggs, and an inadequate tea selection all disappoint with some exceptions such as the fresh croissants. An obvious solution to overcrowded breakfasts would be to offer complementary room service breakfast, but alas, it is not included. No matter, the room service is abysmal, truly some of the worst I’ve experienced. The Greek salad was inedible, the salmon dry, and the burger buns were fridge-cold. There is a bar downstairs which offers a much better Greek salad, and it is incomprehensible to me how the room service could not offer the same. Make no mistake, the bar is not good - the waiter brought appetizers and main courses all at the same time for a group of 6. The waiters brought out the wrong orders and when asked to correct, they brought me the bill with both included. The ski room is small but overall adequate, although they will not tune your skis. This is a service which comes complementary in most European rentals, and to refuse it on the icy Serbian slopes is a major oversight. But the worst part of the hotel is the service. They are sometimes rude, but always wholly incompetent: It seems completely normal for the reception to take a request and then disappear. Once during our stay the reception confirmed our booking in their restaurant, only for us to find out the kitchen was closed when we arrived and they had instead booked it at the bar. On a separate occasion Nikola at the reception misled me about the closing time, and I arrived to a closed kitchen. On checkout a member of my family was asked if they’d used anything in the minibar - quite a standard question. What isn’t standard is calling housekeeping in front of their face to double check that they had indeed not used anything. Insulting. No one was greeting us upon arrival. The road to the hotel from the airport is 4 hours, and no one thought to offer us help with the luggage from the car or to the room, no one even offered to hold the door or show us around. The rooms they gave us were miles apart, although decent. Above all, they are not trying to improve any of these blunders. No one asked us how the stay was going, and one time when we raised some concerns the receptionist just… switched the topic. Also, the internet is so bad I opted to use cellular roaming the entire time.

We had very good time. The hotel is confortable, a family double room was perfect for us with two children. The night service is really nice, they check for water, coffee, tea or other possible things one should need. The staff is mostly warm and welcoming, especially the valet boys, one of the managers of the restaurant was very friendly with the kids, remembered their names and the chef noticed our favourite food. The kids loved the sushi and the waffles, but all the food was very good, both in the restaurant and at the Pique bar. Of course that are other not so good parts, the playstation at the playroom was not functional, maybe some attention for older children would be nice from this point of view. Serving in the bar was not always perfect (forgot what we asked for). But overall everything was good and some of the staff really does the best. Ski slopes are right outside the hotel, there is a payed locker for ski equipment in the hotel. The interior design is very nice and they have payed inside parking.

Thanks for a great stay! I think it’s worth noting the rooms not facing the slopes are facing construction which should be clearly noted for guests booking. As a hotel in Serbia this is probably the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The rooms are extremely large and being a non smoking hotel was refreshing! The Buffett breakfasts are really well stocked with a lot of different foods. The coffee is on point. Definitely a great stay and just wanted to give the positive feedback to the ski rental store in the hotel. The service was exceptional and always friendly! The spa in peak times needs to be booked in advance but however the massage is fantastic! Thanks to Srdjan for taking care of us!

We loved our stay here. The attention to detail and the rooms are gorgeous! The bed and bath were divine. Food was great- dinner was better than breakfast though. The spa was small but still very lovely. The only downside is that there was a mistake made at checkout (which took far too long to begin with). My boyfriend had to dispute charges that were not ours but coffee was offered for the small inconvenience.

There are no words describing the hospitality and kindness of the employees in this hotel. Whatever you need, they are ready to help and provide you with information or service. Clean and high tech equiped rooms, great if you need to work during the stay. The restaurant is 10/10. Spa was great. They should work on the external pool organization, we really had a hard time finding a free sun-beds for the whole duration of our stay.
